An oceanic blue sarong, with attached straps. It's is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton voile, lightweight and breathable. Custom-printed with artwork from mixed media artist Susan Protsack, a painted ombre of sea and sky.

La Pointe's artwork is, in its original format, a massive acrylic on wood piece, towering at five feet tall. It's a hypnotic depiction of the Atlantic Ocean at dusk, wrapping around the width of the sarong and the wearer's body.

La Pointe is extra wide, with straps attached to allow for a multitude of styling options. It can be tied around the waist traditionally, around the neck as a dress, or slung low on the hips with the tie as a waist accent. We also consider La Pointe to be a great city style statement - layer with body-skimming shorts or a bodysuit for a warm-weather look.

Sustainability

La Pointe's cotton is GOTS-certified. Sourcing organic cotton is an important tool in the fashion industry's progression to eco-sensitivity. According to a report by Mckinsey, if the industry adopted just 20% of recycled polyester usage, and 11% adoption of fabric alternatives such as organic, recycled, or bio-based textiles by 2030, 41 million tonnes of GHG emissions could be saved.

Each sarong is manufactured at a North London based small-batch production studio. The studio specializes in high-end production, working with many emerging and established designers and brands in the city.

Model is 5'8, wearing one size.

Our measurements are taken in cm from the products laid flat, from seam to seam.

Wash Care Instructions

Machine wash in cold water. Iron on warm. Can be tumble-dried.

Dry clean possible.

Do not bleach.

Packaging

Our apparel products are shipped in a 100% compostable mailer. After removing the shipping labels, your mailer will decompose after six months in a household compost, or after three months in a commercial compost, leaving no harmful residues behind. Our stickers are also compostable as they are printed with soy-based inks.

Our tissue paper is made of 100% recycled pulp and our comp cards are printed on FSC-certified paper.
