Solange Wide Headband in Ocean Silk

Solange is a fabric headband with a wide front and elasticized back. Ocean is a green and blue abstract print, painted by expressionist artist James Watkins, in 100% organic silk.

Solange's design is evocative of the glamorous wide headbands worn in Mediterranean climates. It features folds on the sides, giving the design tension and allowing for the width to be adjusted by the wearer, specific to their style and hair texture.

Solange is also available in Pearl, Ochre, and Midnight.

Made in London.

Fabric & Sustainability

Composition: 100% organic silk.

Solange's silk is responsibly sourced, with our supplier achieving Bluesign certification for responsible textile manufacturing and production. They've also received a Certificate of Environmental Standards with SRS, and CERES Organic Silk Certification.

Silk is a natural fabric and biodegradable, though it is worth noting traditional silk production kills silkworms in the process.

Production: Ethically made in London.

Circularity: Crafted using leftover fabric from our studio, reducing waste and ensuring efficient use of our beautiful fabrics. 

Packaging: Our products are shipped in 100% compostable mailers, which are both home and commercially compostable, once the shipping labels have been removed. Our recycled-paper stickers are also compostable.

Care Instructions

Hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Iron on a low setting. Dry cleaning possible.
