Creative Process ~ Georgia Wrap Pant
The Georgia Wrap Pant is a versatile piece. It's comfortably cut in organic cotton, while its structured shape gives it a look of formality.
We consider the Georgia the ultimate travel pant. It's a one-size and features a double wrap, being tied from both the front and the back. It gives the wearer creative flexibility to tie as they want, depending on their outfit and mood.

We presented collection artist MET with the challenge to design his first 'all over' print. It's a print that has no beginning and no end, and no specific orientation.
He created a print that is somewhat of a labyrinth of desert symbols and shapes. In it, you can find hidden objects such as water being poured from a vessel, and a roadrunner.
The Georgia is cut in GOTS-certified organic cotton twill. Studies on organic farming have shown it creates a multitude of benefits for the environment it is being farmed in, rather than stripping it away as with conventional cotton farming. Such benefits include increased soil fertility and biodiversity, and lower greenhouse gas emissions due to the use of natural synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
Georgia is printed using the reactive digital printing method with azo-free dyes. Our printer recycles all waste fabrics with a professional fabric recycling specialist, who shreds them and uses the resulting fibre as bioenergy for heat sources and electricity.
Each pant is manufactured at a North London based small-batch production studio. The studio specialize in high-end production, working with many emerging and established designers and brands in the city. Each pant is made in-studio by their talented seamstresses and cutters. It takes three hours to cut and sew just one of our pieces.
The Georgia Wrap Pant is designed to be worn with our Abiquiu Linen Top, and can be purchased here.
